Clark Construction Gives Back….to say thank you!

Clark Construction works on roof at community remodeling project in Ridgefield, CT.

Clark Construction of Ridgefield, Inc. is committed to giving back to the communities in which we have been working for over 27 years, both with our time, and financially.

We are involved with service projects in our community, work directly with Habitat for Humanity in a variety of ways, and financially support other local organizations as well.

This fall we are spearheaded "Takin' Care of Trackside" an improvement program for the teen center, and Contractor Roundup jointly with Habitat. And of course, we are sponsoring Clark Construction Comedy Series at the Ridgefield Playhouse again this year.

Clark Construction and Habitat

Ross Clark, Clark Construction's Chief Estimator, is on Housatonic Habitat for Humanity's Advisory Committee. In addition to his participation in the committee he also conceived of and spearheads the annual Contractor Roundup Donation Drive, as well as taking part in other Habitat events and fundraisers.

For several years, we have been partnering with the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity to provide surplus building materials and softly used cabinets and fixtures from clients' projects for their ReStore.

One of our goals with Contractor Roundup is to encourage our peers to do this on more of their projects. It will help keep their trash costs down, as well as proving a second life for some products that are too nice to throw away. Everyone wins.

The second annual Contractor Roundup Construction Materials Drive was held this past November.

Ross Clark, of Clark Construction accepts materials donations at Contractor Roundup Collected materials were sold at the Danbury Housatonic Habitat for Humanity ReStore to help further their mission to provide affordable housing to families in our local community.

Contractor Roundup is a win-win situation; good for contractors, their clients, the families who benefit from Habitat's housing, and for our environment.

Takin' Care of Trackside (Teen Center)
